<li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: medium;">Work closely with the business team and external stakeholders on report generation and participate in business planning sessions to understand business goals and requirements, offering insights from an IT systems perspective.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: medium;">Serve as an intermediary between the IT department and vendors, collaborating with project managers to deliver technical solutions that meet user requirements.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: medium;">Planning and working flexibly to meet the planned deadlines and review test results with IT and business leads.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: medium;">Researching and gathering business requirements and drafting business requirements documents (BRDs) meetings with developers and testing teams.</span></li>
<li style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: medium;">Applying reverse engineering techniques on the drafted BRDs to get a better understanding of the stakeholder requirements</span></li>
