We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager of Data Engineering to lead a team focused on building scalable data infrastructure for Retail Media Network (RMN) initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise in GCP, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving data-driven media monetization strategies.


Your Impact:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in designing and implementing scalable data solutions.
  • Architect and oversee the development of data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, and GCS.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in ETL, data warehousing, and event streaming.
  • Partner with product, analytics, and media teams to deliver high-impact data solutions for RMN monetization.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all engineering efforts.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in cloud data engineering and media monetization.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in BigQuery, GCS, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer.
  • Strong background in ETL architecture, data warehousing, and event streaming.
  • Advanced Python skills for data engineering and automation.
  • Proven experience working with Retail Media Network (RMN) data and media monetization strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
