Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for OMS functionality.
• Validate end-to-end order flow processes (Order Creation, Sourcing, Fulfillment, Returns, Cancellations, etc.).
• Perform integration testing with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., eCommerce, ERP, WMS, POS).
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Validate data across OMS and backend systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Maintain traceability of test cases to business requirements.
• Create and maintain test documentation, test scripts, and test data.

Must-Have Skills:
• Hands-on experience testing an Order Management System (OMS).
• Strong understanding of order lifecycle processes (capture, split, allocation, sourcing, shipping, cancellation, returns).
• Solid knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
• Experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Must have: · Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SOAP UI).
• Must have: · Exposure to retail/eCommerce business processes.

• Experience with Manhattan OMS, IBM Sterling OMS, Mule or similar platforms.
