Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance, IT, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of Workday experience, with at least 4 years in Finance integrations.
Strong understanding of Workday Financials modules (e.g., Accounting, Procurement, Expenses).
Drive the implementation and usage of Workday Prism Analytics for financial reporting and insights.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Own the Workday Finance product roadmap, focusing on integration strategy and execution.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Manage Workday releases, tenant refreshes, and change control processes related to Finance modules.
Prioritize backlog items, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with support teams.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities:
Workday Financial Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workdays Financial Management solution
Learn and understand clients business requirements and design, build, configure, test and support the Workday Financial Management system
Create custom reports as required
Preferred Skills:
Workday certifications (Finance, Integrations).
Familiarity with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, or third-party HR systems
