Job Duties



    • We are looking for a SailPoint Developer to support the development, configuration, and operation of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
    • The ideal candidate should have practical experience building provisioning workflows, troubleshooting identity lifecycle issues, and integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems such as SAP and ServiceNow.
    • Able to perform all kinds of support, configuration, enhancements, migration and automation activities related SailPoint.
    • Customize and maintain rules, workflows, and forms to support provisioning logic, attribute mapping, and access approval flows.
    • Should be able to monitor and troubleshoot end-to-end access provisioning for SAP and non-SAP applications, Review and resolve failed or stuck provisioning requests
    • Manage and optimize connectors including credential updates, schema changes, and connectivity issues.
  • Performing daily checks on task results, aggregations, identity refresh, SailPoint reconciliations with various applications and provisioning transactions.
